Walk with Ease program planned
POMEROY, Ohio — Walk with Ease program, developed by the Arthritis Foundation, will be offered at the Mulberry Community Center on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10-11 a.m., through May 25.
Walk with Ease is a six-week program designed to show the health benefits of walking, and is for both people who have been sedentary and hesitant to walk, as well as regular walkers There is no charge for the program.

Deadline set for Watershed Summer Camp applications
POMEROY, W.Va. (WV News) — Applications for the Meigs Soil and Water Watershed Camp will close at the end of the day.
The camp runs from June 7-8 at the Conservation Area, and is for ages 9-14. Registration is limited to the first 50 applicants. Attendance is free.
Lunch and one snack are provided per camper. Dress for outside fun and learning, and bring sunscreen and bug repellant.
