FAIRMONT, W.Va. (WV News) — Marion County Route 1, Brink Road, will be closed at milepost 3.11, 0.12 mile west of the intersection with County Route 1/3, Warrior Fork, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for work on the Rymer Bridge.
This is a total road closure at the work zone during working hours, but work will pause during the afternoon to allow buses routes to be run.
All other traffic, including emergency vehicles, must use detour or other alternate routes. Detour route: County Route 1/3, Warrior Fork, to County Route 1/1, Evans Run Road.
Motorists are advised to plan and allow additional time for their commute. Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
