RIPLEY, W.Va. (WV News) — The following misdemeanors were recently recorded at the Jackson County Courthouse:
Kaylee Lauren Helmandollar, 1 count of driving under the influence (DUI), $1,000 bond
Kevin Perez, 1 count of driving a vehicle in an impaired state, $1,000
Jason Brian Smith, 1 count of domestic assault, 1 count of unlawful injury, 1 count of obstructing an officer, $5,000 bond
Faith Marie Wolfe, 1 count of driving a vehicle in an impaired state, $500
The following felonies were recently recorded at the Jackson County Courthouse:
Robert A. Bex, 1 count of attempt to commit fourth degree arson, $50,000
Brian D. Casto, 1 count of gross child neglect creating substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury, 1 count of child neglect resulting in injury, $150,000 bond
Lylee Gillenwater, 1 count of gross child neglect creating substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury, 1 count of child neglect resulting in injury, $150,000 bond
Michael Gillenwater, 1 count of gross child neglect creating substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury, 1 count of child neglect resulting in injury, $150,000 bond
Kaylee Lauren Helmandollar, 4 counts of gross child neglect creating substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury, $12,000 bond
Joseph Paul Smith Jr., 1 count of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle, 1 count of fleeing from officers, $10,000 bond
