NC State softball lost two consecutive games to Pitt on Saturday, May 6, by scores of 12-8 and 9-5.

NC State softball nearly picked up a road win over Pitt, but a late 4 run rally by the Panthers forced extra innings. Pitt emerged victorious over the Wolfpack in the eighth inning by a score of 10-9.

NC State softball goes 1-1 in opening doubleheader against ECU Pirates 

NC State softball lost two games to the Tar Heels on Sunday, April 23, by scores of 4-2 and 5-3. 

NC State softball got a huge upset win over No. 8 Clemson, beating the Tigers 7-5 after taking a 4-0 first-inning lead. 

NC State softball battled hard, but fell in the first two games of its series with the No. 7 Clemson Tigers in Raleigh. 

NC State softball bounced back from a loss on Friday with a win on Saturday but couldn’t win the final game of the series against Syracuse as the Orange took the series.

NC State softball fell to Syracuse 4-2 in the first game of a three-game road series.

NC State softball fell to Louisiana Tech and LSU on the first day of the Purple & Gold Challenge in Louisiana.

NC State softball earned its 12th win of the season on Wednesday, March 29 when the team defeated North Carolina A&T 8-2.
