Chief of Police Mark Kiddy awarded two detectives in the Clarksburg Police Department the Detective Sgt. J. Stephen Toryak Award for outstanding detective work. Also at the meeting, council approved a large tax break for new retail businesses filling previously abandoned buildings downtown.
